Our goal at PuraVegan is to prepare vegan meals that are not only delicious, but also chock-full of vitamins and nutrients to maximize your health. All menu items are raw which means that nutrients and enzymes have not been destroyed by heat. We use dehydration for certain items to create unique textures and flavors. Additionally, the menu is gluten-free. 

In addition to the cafe, we also offer a yoga studio, raw food preparation classes, and nutritional education classes.
